Each handset is sold with a written warranty period shown on the product page. What's covered, what's not, and how returns work.

Each product page shows the warranty offered for that specific handset. Customers should inspect and confirm the phone at collection. Any return or warranty claim should include the original receipt and phone condition must match the sale record.

What's covered

Mechanical and electrical faults that arise during the warranty period and aren't the result of accidental damage. Battery health is graded at point of sale and isn't replaced under warranty unless it differs significantly from the published figure.

How to start a claim

Bring the phone to the shop or message us on WhatsApp with the order reference. We'll diagnose the fault, repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
